  1. Worst part has been bouts of diarrhea. Everything else is a step and if you truly want this surgery there is not really worst parts - just mountains and valleys if I have a bad moment I just look in the mirror and see how amazing my body is changing. The whole process is not a walk in the park but the results are like Christmas Eve as a kid - its exciting to see weight loss without a struggle! I have never been as happy as I am now that my life has hope. This has been the best decision I made for my health and for my daughter - she needed her mom for a lot longer than a few more years So I have a little diarrhea lol it's ok I have my life handed back to me every time I get in the scale.....

1 Wk Post Op Eating Every 2.5 Hrs...

I'm really not liking the big attitudes on this forum therefor I'm taking this app off my phone. This is a f**king rudiculous gathering of idiots. I'll stick with my online forum where everyone is supportive and they stick to the topic. Omg so annoying!!!!!!
  3. I'm panicking already! I was doing so good a few days ago, every day I lost at least 3 lbs. In a total since surgery last week I have lost 13 lbs but now it's not moving. I exercise every day , get at least 70 grams of protein in and 60+ oz of water. what the crap! I don't expect to lose a lot every day but I was hoping it would steadily keep moving down. Boohoo Im bummed today.....
  4. I buy one of the liter water bottles from Sunflower Market , it's 50 oz, and I drink from it all day. As long as I finish that I know I have made my 60 goal because I drink broth all day too- I might actually be waterlogged lol

1 Wk Post Op Eating Every 2.5 Hrs...

I am on what's called full liquids for a few weeks . Plain Greek yogurt is a full liquid and it's high in protein low in calories. I know that the magic to losing weight with the sleeve is your protein intake min 60 grams a day and your fluid intake preferably water at 60 oz a day min. I am already walking daily for 30 min and the weight is coming off every day what I was looking for is anyone else eating throughout the day like me?
  7. Just curious if anyone else is eating like this as well? I seem to still feel hunger so I start my day with a protein shake and then every few hrs I have 4 oz of plain Greek yogurt mixed with a little instant mashed potatoes . I have he yogurt / potatoes 4 times then it's one more shake. By this time it's evening and I am finishing my 60 oz of water/ Crystal Light. If I'm hungry after that I just have broth. Does this sound ok? I'm getting 70-80 grams of protein a day.

    Any May Sleevers Here?

I was sleeved May 9th in Gilbert, AZ with Dr. Schuster. I had the best experience as far as hospital care but my first day and night were the worst. After that it gets better every day I've lost 32 lbs since pre op - 3 weeks ago!
