    Hey all I'm back!

Thank you for the warm welcome miss Mac! You seem like a sweetheart!! Hey I remember you!! Iirc, you had less to lose, right? Ooh where did you go for plastics and what did you get? What was recovery like? I want to get it done really really bad but my insurance won't cover a panninulectomy, so I'll have to pay out of pocket. Any chance you had it done in Mexico? I could have sworn that I saw a hole for him dedicated to people who wanted to get plastics done in Mexico but maybe I'm wrong. And I haven't quite figured out how to navigate this app yet. *forum
  3. I'm 2 +years out and I've gained 30 lbs from goal. working on it but in doing low carb high fat and it's really not going as quickly as I feel it should. I should probably cut the fat bit I love real bitter sooooo much. Everything is better with it. And my half and half in my coffee is a real weakness. The first year I exercised religiously and track calories and burns calories etc. drained all the Water that I was supposed to and followed all he rules. As soon as one year was up and I was at goal everything went south. I'm still moderately happy with my weight. I mean I'm not 220 lbs but I want my healthy self back. The one that could wear a size four. Please tell me what yall put in your coffee. I don't like almond milk in it. Cashew is okay if I add butter. ????. I don't like hydrogenated oils in the powders. The main thing motivating me to get back to goal and stay there is the mommy makeover of love to get
  4. So life happened and I haven't been around for a Really long time but I've missed some of my pals!! From a quick scroll through the list I don't see anyone I recognize here, I was a member when the site was named Something else. I'm now two years and 3 months out and I had gotten to 120 lbs but did fall at one year out when I hit goal. I think the "what now's" hit me and I failed. Started bingeing on poptarts and Cookies. In ashamed but I'm back on track. Ready to do this thing. I'm glad to be back. My goal is to lose this weight again keep it off for six months and hopefully get a mommy makeover
  5. Things that helped me be successful at getting to goal. Exercise My fitness pal Daily weighing Things that got me off track. I started a diet that worked well but promised welght loss without tracking calories. I did lose when I stuck to it but I quit and started eating when I wasn't hungry etc. I stopped daily weighing after I a aw the same number (120) for a month and a half. I shouldn't have stopped. I have every excuse in the book not to exercise. I hate hate hate it. HAAATE. the only thing I like is running and honestly I'm not going to do it outside. One cold or rainy day will throw me off for a month. I need a treadmill but have literally no money. You could say that I have negative money. I feel disgusted with myself. My butt is so wide. It's as if every oz went straight there. It's wiggly when I walk and I wish I could chop it off. "/ but yet this isn't enough to make me stop eating when I'm not hungry. I'm setting up a mfp account for tomorrow. Again. I hope I can do this. I was all set to exercise- got my shoes and workout clothes out and put them by the bed, only to realize that I can't find my dvd's!! Gah!! Please send words of wisdom. Ideas. How YOU got back on track?

    Before/almost Done!

the way I acheived weight loss- i tracked every single bite on myfitnesspal for hte first 9 months. i weighed daiy and feel that it helped a lot even though I got very frustrated when I'd see little gains or mini stalls. I never did have any true stalls and I think that may have also been due to my plan of attack when I saw mini ones. I always switched things up.. if I didn't lose for a week, I'd eat 100-200 less calories or if I'd just amped up my workout, I'd eat 100-200 more. I also did 5:2 for a short stent, I did very low carb, etc. always something new to keep my body guessing. I never did see a stall that was longer than 2 weeks. I'm now 9 lb from my ultimate scale goal of 115.. If I hit it, I hit it.. If I don't, I'm going to make sure that's because I"ve gained enough muscle that my body cannot get there or that i have skin that weighs some... I was thinking I wanted a body lift etc asap but I relaly don't.. I think I'd rather turn my garage into a family room. LOL you will probalby have skin if it's all stretched out like mine was (very thin stretch marked skin) but who cares? so you look old naked, who cares! do you look 95% better in clothes?? ROCK ON! lol maybe someday though. Now? I've been following a plan called trim healthy mama for a few months now. I don't track, I just follow that plan. i LOVE LOVE LOVE LOVE thm.. <3 I'm still losing slowly and that's perfectly fine with me as long as I'm not going up! hope that helps- message with questions- I'm terrible at getting back on here and formulating anything coherent on threads.. thanks again everyone- I feel great! I hope I never see "fat amy" again
  7. Oh I'm so excited to finally be able to post one of these! It's not the best as I'm super busy and rarely have someone to get a good shot of me, but this second shot was taken Monday. (Dec 9) 9 months out 240 to 126 I want to lose to about 117 but I'm holding pretty steady here.

. As do you sistah!!!! From what I can tell from the icon on my phone!! Hey. I need to add you back to mfp!!!!
  14. I finally feel like I can do a before and "after"!! I am 9 months post op and love my sleeve!! I finally love my life! No more staying in for me! No more putting off laundry because it's "all the way downstairs". I'm living life, smiling all the time, enjoying the heck out of it all!!! Side by side- the best I could do for now. ****** try to avoid my horrible "bra is 4 sizes too big" deal I have going on. It's gonna be remedied soon. Hehe When I was a newbie (feels like yesterday) I adored before and afters. I want I be an inspiration. If anyone has questions don't hesitate to ask bid love to help! 240/127 size 22/6 Before= miserable Before face And here's me in the bathroom at Walmart. The reason for this pic is that I used to cringe and damn-near cry when I see the mirrors at Walmart. Every time. I HATED mirrors. Now!? I get giddy to walk by one and look at and pinch myself!! I'm 126.8 today. My ultimate goal is to get to 116-120.
