My doctor requires b12 either in shots or liquid drops.

After the first couple of days it felt like a pulled muscle only hurting when my movement required stomached muscle use. I switched from narcotics to Advil Tylenol rotation on day 2. 23rd you'll be ready to rock! Good luck. Ps... Day 4 for me.....cream of wheat diluted with skim milk and thin creamed soups. However, your doctor should have given you post op diet instructions.

Thank you all. Up and around today, weaned myself off of the narcotics using tylenol and ibuprofen, it enables me to function better. I appreciate all of your prayers......sore but the pain is tolerable.

Katie my surgery is also the 3rd and I have hypothyoridism. Keep your dosage in line and you will lose. Good Luck!

I personally enjoy Muscle Milk brand. I have also purchased unflavored and added to juices.

This may be due to the persons bmi.
