Well the results are in and they are fabulous!!! Perfect cake! Thanks to the op for this recipe! Here is how I did it. 1 tbs chocolate Protein powder ( I used chike) 1 tbs self rising flour 1 packet Splenda with Fiber 2 tbs skim milk I didn't have Sugar Free Chocolate so I used about 5 unsweetened chocolate chips and barely a pinch of salt. 45 seconds in the microwave! I haven't figured out nutrtional stats yet though I will let you know when I do.

Found this and it looked yummy!
    Ingredients:
    1 packet of sugar-free Jello mix (JELL-O)
    1 scoop whey Protein
    2 tbsp. fat-free or low-fat yogurt
    2 cups of Water
Note: This recipe is good for 2 servings.

    Total Carb: 1.5g
    Sugar: 0.5g

    Protein: 16g
    Steps: Low-Carb Protein Jello Recipe
    1) Use a cooking pan and pour 2 cups of water. Turn on the stove afterwards and allow the water to boil.
    2) When the water reaches to its boiling point, turn off the stove and pour in the packet of jello.
    3) Use a spoon and stir it occasionally.
    4) When your jello has completely liquefied from the boiling water, use a Pyrex container or just a pan and pour the water into it.
    5) Add 1 scoop of whey protein but before doing it, take two cups of cold water and add whey protein in the shaker bottle then shake it out until the powder dissolves. You can use any flavor whey powder you want like strawberry and vanilla.< /p>
    6) When the Protein Powder has totally mixed into 2 cups of cold water, dispense it over the jello then use a spoon to mix it altogether.
    7) Place it on the refrigerator for approximately 4 hours or wait until it is firm enough just like any other jello.
    8) After 4 hours, you’ll have a pleasant and healthy strawberry-vanilla flavored protein jello.
    9) Cut the jello into 4 pieces and just take one of those pieces then place it in a bowl. Afterwards, add your favorite fat-free or low-fat yogurt and some banana pieces on top of your yogurt. Again, it depends on your like if you like to have a banana on top of your jello recipe.

LTARLTON got a reaction from kiki19 in Where Are My April 2012 Sleevers?
Hello all! I was sleeved 4/24. Almost 72 hrs out now. I had serious nausea the day of surgery right out of recovery. Doc said it was from anesthesia. At 24 hrs having some pretty bad acid reflux but they fixed that with some meds. They kept me an extra day because I didn't get in the fluids they wanted between the nausea and acid reflux. 48 hrs and all is well. No nausea no gas no acid reflux. I came home today and still feel great. I didn't get in my fluids today so I hope that's not gonna cause dehydration. I gotta work harder at that tomorrow but it should be easier since I'm home. I do feel really good though, aside from a little soreness. I have a high tolerance for pain so that's helpful! I am having to remind myself to take it easy because I just feel like I could do anything! I am so so thankful for all of the prayers and well wishes. I have absolutely felt every last one of them. I wouldn't be doing this good if God didn't have my back! And I didn't have the support from all of y'all! Love to all of you!

LTARLTON got a reaction from bettyboop1234 in I Just Got The Call Yesterday To Schedule My Surgery!
YAY! I'm sooooo excited but I'm soooooo scared at the same time. I keep wondering if I'm in God's will. I mean should I just go on and be happy with the way God made me OR does He have his hand on it because everything has gone so smoothly. My consultation appointment was March 19th and I got the call yesterday to schedule my surgery. I just had my psych eval this Monday (that was my last piece of it) and within 3 days insurance had already approved it. So my surgery is scheduled for April 24th (they wanted to do it the 16th but that day didn't work for me). This means that I will be through with the surgery within a month of my 1st visit. That's what I mean by everything going so smoothly. I'm thankful! Does anyone understand what I mean by being in God's will?? I don't know I guess I'm just scared. Thanks to all!
