They are high in carbs and calories. Oh yeah has the best bar out had 28 grams of Protein but over 300 calories and alot of carbs. I ordered them from amazon but had only 1 not worth out. They are big too. I get my protein in other ways notworth eating bars Sent from my SPH-D700 using VST
