I haven't "cheated" or chopped up anything. This was a huge investment for me, for my health, and for a life style change. It's a life style change for me, not just another diet, to cheat on.

One thing that I guess maybe no one told me I could eat but I felt I really needed it post op 5 days, I had an egg.I ate about a third of it or less. It was very under done, and made with only water, sunnyside up, and it went well. It also gave me something in my tummy, and not being able to have anything but a few tiny sips of gatoraid, it was marvelous, and did not bother me at all. I didn't consider it cheating, I just considered it nutrition.
