Today, I am One Month, Two Days out from my Mommy Makeover (Tummy tuck, butt lift, fat transfer, LIPO, breast reconstruction, and lift, as well as augmentation) with Dr Niebles ( Neibles) in TJ Mexico. This man is a miracle worker, and I feel like I am finally in the body that I was meant to be in my whole life! I had my gastric sleeve May 15, 2012. Lost my weight (110lbs) right away, and then stayed at my goal and held for 6 more months until May of this year, and booked my body reconstruction with not so high expectations of the outcome. Every day I look at my body and I can't believe that it's mine! I am finally in the body that I belong in! I am about 10 more lbs down. I could NOT be happier with my new body and my new LIFE!

How are we all doing? I was sleeved in MX with Dr Almanza on May 15. 24 weeks yesterday- have lost 100lbs as if my last weigh in. I'm 254 preop- 250 day of surgery, 154 yesterday. Size 24 day if- and today size 6. I'm 5ft1. And top heavy

I had it all done at once. In reading you'll see that was one of my deciding factors to go with DR Niebles, is that he would do it all for me. I couldn't take any more time from work, so I wanted to do it all at once -
Still loving the new skinny life, going to be getting back into a new goal and work out in the new year! Happy Holidays Everyone!

I hope everyone is doing great! I am in the midst of trying to take off a few lbs before the holidays! The sleeve is such a wonderful tool to use for loss even 2 years out! Praise GOD!

I lost my weight quickly by exercising every single day, no matter what, I walked two times a day and worked my way up! I did under 30 carbs a day.....NO rice, NO pasta, NO bread, NO sugar! All protein~ I don't smoke, drink, or ever ever ever touch drugs. I drank water, I followed Drs orders, and always low carb, high protein! No cheat days, no excuses, I was serious about the lifestyle change! <3 hi pink my biggest question is how you lost your weight so quickly.... my sister and i sleeved in mx 7 weeks ago....we are losing very slowly and have stalled three times already....any advice?
