just looked at them, do you just mix the packets with water??? Is it one serving per packet? website doesnt give much info.

All those flavors sound amazing!

I know some doctors (like mine) that want you to do a 2 week liquid protein shake diet....thats it. (although i think i can have sugar free jello)

But then a guy I met on this forum can have chicken and steak and pretty much an atkins life style for those two weeks. So i dont think you'll do TOO much harm...JUST DONT DO IT AGAIN doc's want you to do it for a reason...so i guess we all should stick to the plan! good luck everything will be fine
