Thank you. I work in the morning and won't have time to make an egg so I was gonna do cream of wheat. However I found this recipe for scrambled eggs in microwave and only takes 45 seconds

I'm onto puréed I'm not sure if that is full liquids. I would assume it is. I guess I could try a little but n c what happens.

You ladies are doing great! I was also sleeved on the 4th and lost 8.4 lbs in 1 week. I'm so excited to move onto puréed food. Woo hoo 5 more days! -
I noticed yesterday on the top of my left hands d on my face my skin is really dry and almost flaky. I drink water and protein probably not as much as I should but I try. I don't feel dehydrated or anything bad. Is this just part of the body going through changes?

I like the premier drinks chocolate from Costco. Before surgery they were good now 5 days post op they are to thick for me but my boyfriend is the best and adds a little milk to make it less thick. Gotta love him. -

I took milk of magnesia. Work great for me within two hours. Warning it did taste nasty.

Hi y'all had surgery the 4th feeling pretty well. Left side is sore and so is collar bone. Been walking n trying to drink.

I'm trying my hardest. I feel uncomfortable if I drink to fast or to much. I was nervous to take Prilosec it looked to big so im gonna do pepcid.
