I have a vitamix, and I LOVE IT!!!! They are a little pricey but they they last and are amazing!!! this will even blend up the seads in strawberries! My smoothies are not full of seeds, and I still get the amazing nutriance the seeds offer. http://www.vitamix.com/ hope this helps you. -

I agree, the first 3 days seem to be the hardest, I wanted to cheat so badly and all I could think about is what I could be eating, but then I started thinking about what I could mess up and all the work I did to get here and I said NO MORE food thoughts just think about the good that is going to come,,, seems to be the only thing that has helped me as well....good luck! -

The liquid diet depends on your body and your docotr, it depends on what is needed for surgery. I am not sure why I had to do one, I just went with the flow... Good luck! keep us posted -
