I poured water into the double thick cup and took a drink from the bottle, the water bottle tasted fine, I finally take a look at the cup, it developed a tiny crack and had started to mold,, its been tossed! I told my hubby, he says its ok its just penicillin,, (brushing my teeth every hour, lol)

I said how can that be as active as I am? Well since the time I stopped the zumba due to lump, it gave the arthritis a chance to set, if that makes sense. so now I have to be careful of my back, she said I should of had another set of x-rays done after weight loss to check spine which other dr didn't. it clearly shows my spine unaligned. I asked so he's just been fixing the same problem that would never have been resolved? she said yes, and he never should of been doing adjustments in the area of the lapband, as big as it is, no wonder it hurt. So now I have now transferred my chiro care elsewhere. The pain will go away, the bruising will heal but the trust can't. And she said as healthy as everything else is, I'll be able to do zumba again..

That's good that you can Zumba again.

I have fibromyalgia, arthritis, stenosis of the spine and a few other things but I still ride the stationary bicycle four times a week and do some walking the other days. I do nine miles in 40 minutes on the stationary bicycle.

I'm so glad that you have gotten to someone that will help you feel better and that won't harm you in the process.

You are to funny , the little things like ordering food at somewhere , when you know you are at subway or the purse feeling more heavy than usual because of e paper weight , you crack me up.

The strange things we find in our purses and yours was a wonderful heavy present from your little love.

My tailbone sticks out and it's very uncomfortable to sit or laying on my back. Now sleep on side. You could say I have a boney butt. LOL

Chelly exactly!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! all of a sudden there is NO padding in that area.. went to chiro again last night, said fix me but don't touch that area, I was off Monday by 3/4 inc, and last night by 1/2 inch and I sleep with a pillow between my legs buts it just my own body adjusting ,,, will be thinking about butt check implants if this continues !!!

I know how you feel it seems my back side is hurting more now that I have lost weight from carrying all the weight before I now found out besides the bulging , detereating, degenerating discs in y back I have 5 fractures on my spine , next step is seeing a orthapedic surgeon , because the ciropractor said for me being adjusted is temporary and it would not help any more and I can not sit for a long time with out it being uncomfortable .

When we were talking gifts, we decided private time, because that's "all we could handle and afford, lol"

Nice , ya you kind of notice when there are big mirrors around , or when other people are telling you that the shirt is swallowing you so you don't really notice till it is pointed out or you have to keep lifting your shirt so it's not hanging or you have to keep pulling up your pants even with a belt on or other things keep up the good loss work.

right?

If you're talking weight loss, I think we are lying to ourselves if we only say it's our dream. We don't live in a vacuum. I have been very influenced by my surroundings. But ultimately, it has been a dream come true!

Yep. Our dreams do reflect some of the emotional and physical changes we are going through.

that anxiety when I see a full plate of food, thinking automatically omg, how and I going to eat that and realize I don't HAVE TO!!!, Today hubby and I ordered same thing, phillipino food, yum and I only ate 1/4 if that, my hubby took the rest of it for his dinner (works nights)

This morning I jumped into the shower and what did I see? All 3 body washes (bottles) were yellow!. hmmmmm, sorry that's Feng shui

lol...my favorite scentsy (and my husbands) is sweet pea vanilla... LOVE that scent... have the little warmers plugged into the bathroom outlets for nightlights... so cool... and they are pink/purple... which is where I tend to go
