    After 5 months of no fill, I'm literally having a panic attack in drs, office, thinking in my mind I've gained all my weight back.

      Your Cousin is right , because I remembering once I stood on the scale , then I restroom , and I got on the scale right after I washed my hands and dried them off I had lost 2 lbs LOL.
