Today is my 1 yr anniversary of being banded.
Has it been hard work, yes it has, would i do it again aboslutely 100% !
I wish all new bandsters good luck in their Quest for success and hope they can also post a 1 yr 'doing well' post !

Hello and welcome!!
There are people who are not happy with their bands. But their are many of us like me who love ours. There are up sides and down sides. The best you can do is research all the WLS options available to you, talk them over with your surgeon, see which one he or she thinks is best for you, and make your most informed decision.
Ask questions, read, then ask more questions.

If you are just looking at the scale for results you should keep in mind that muscle weighs more than fat. Are your clothes fitting any better even if the scale isn't moving?
Plateaus suck, but at least you aren't gaining!!!
