Made this months 7 pound weight loss goal, Al-hamdulillah! That's not an easy thing to do 10 months post-op. Really stuck to my guns and so happy I did! :-)

finally got the scale moving again with intermittent fasting, and a flatter belly..7 months post op down 80!!

Ramadan has begun; at 14 weeks post-op I'm excited to see what this year has in store in shaa Allah :-)

As another work week has come and gone it's now been 2 weeks since I've submitted my paperwork to my surgeon. I've heard nothing from him or my insurance...anxiously waiting...

Well, Weight Watchers gave me a 6month history report on my progress and weight..now I just hope the insurance company will accept it, insha'Allah (By the Grace of God) :-D

Weight Watchers said they'd send me a copy of my six months with them...if so surgery should be around the corner insha'Allah!
