  1. Grrrr' date=' I am up to 190.

The only thing I can think of is muscle gain. I have taken up jogging in the past week.

    There's always next week.[/quote']

Well, not only did I lose the 1.4 I gained last week, I lost an additional 2.8. I'm at 185.2.

I haven't had a loss this big in a long while.

This also helped me pass my big milestone. Now for the next one. 175 here I come.

  2. The last time I posted was a month ago at 193.6.

I'm so close to being under 190. Saturday, I weighed in at 190.8.

Every ounce I lose now is amazing to me. I don't know why I'm astonished by it like I am, but man alive I am.

    :D

Here's to hoping that I can get under 190 this week. Good luck everyone.

  3. Well somehow I dropped 3.4 lbs this week. From 197 down to 193.6.

Tomorrow is my one year surgiversary. I have lost 92.6 lbs since surgery and 125.2 lbs including pre op.

Can you believe this? I was looking at pictures of myself on my honeymoon and I don't recognize myself or even remember that girl.

  4. Well after not really staying on track from Thanksgiving to New Year's, I'm getting back on track.

I gained .8 of a lb in that time. In years past it would've been SOOOOO much more.

However since New Year's I hadn't really dropped, but now I have.

So I'm still in onderland at 197.2. Although I'm packing up my house to move this coming weekend so my routine is completely off track.

My one year surgiversary is in 13 days.

  5. Well, I've finally done it. I'm in ONEDERLAND. I weighed in at 198.4 this morning. I didn't drink enough Water the week of Thanksgiving and I had gained 6 lbs in Water weight. I know it was water weight because it just came off 3 lbs on Monday and 3 lbs on Tuesday and then a steady 1/2 lb loss each day the rest of the week.

I now can be on an elliptical machine without feeling like I'm going to die. When I first tried it a year ago, I couldn't do 2 minutes. Now I can do 90 minutes when I have the time. Usually it's 60 minutes though.

10 months since surgery and I don't even recognize myself at the same time last year. :)

  6. Well last week I didn't log in because I was bummed. I ate things I shouldn't have on Labor Day and didn't drink all my Water that weekend and I gained 6 lbs. Now I KNOW I didn't eat enough to really gain 6 lbs, but I absolutely could've retained that much Water. Well it's taken 2 weeks to take that all back off plus .8 lbs.

I'm now at 211.8 and on my way for my Halloween challenge. I REALLY want to be in ONEDERLAND.

  7. I started the Labor Day Challenge a little late. 6 weeks ago. My goals were to lose 15 lbs, log all my food and exercise and run for 30 minutes.

    I'm almost there.

    Just 3 lbs to go.

    SW: 226

    CW: 214

    GW: 211

I ran 36 minutes last night. 3 miles. 3 months ago, I had never run a complete mile.

    I've logged 45 days into myfitnesspal.com.

Now I just need to lose these last 3 lbs.

I've already got a plan for my next Challenge. ;-)

  8. This week due to having to share my car with my husband I couldn't go to the gym as much as I wanted to. I still lost 1.8 lbs. We should be getting his car back Monday, so I FULLY expect to go back to my new normal this week.

This is even after eating at Joe's Crab Shack last night for my bday. Hubs and I shared a Arctic Bay Steampot and I still brought food home. I didn't eat any of the corn, sausage or potato. But I was all over 1 crab leg, 4 shrimp and 1/2 a lobster tail.

  9. On August 19, 2011 I went in for my consultation with my surgeon. I weighed 319 lbs. I don't let people know that number. Even my husband doesn't know. I had to complete a 6 month medically supervised diet. I lost 33 lbs. I had my surgery on January 27, 2012. I celebrated my 6 month surgiversary last week and I'm 2.5 weeks from 1 year from my consult.

This morning I got on the scale and it read 219.0.

100 lbs gone! I lost 33 lbs pre-op and I've lost 67 lbs since surgery. In this last 6 months and 1 week, I've had 2 month long stalls where I vacillated between the same 2 lbs for 4 weeks. I'm a slower loser than some, but it's not a sprint, it's a marathon.

Now onto my next 20 so I can be below 200 lbs. I've GOT this!
