I cant wait to not be so paranoid about going out in public, thinking people are watching everything I do....I also can't wait to travel more....two of my cousins, both around my age, agreed to go on a fun trip with me once I make it 100 pounds lost!!! SO I'm looking forward to that!! -
Well, my scope procedure went ok...the only issue I had was with them sticking....finally got a vein on the 3rd try, I was very mad, my auntie calmed me down with some family comedy relief, then the drugs took the edge off...I was happy to go there and return home within 4 hours....

I just had mine today....my revision is in June....He required it so he could see what my stomach looked like after 7 years with the band on it

I'm still pre-op...but when I lost 120 pounds (the first time) I used leslie Sansone walk away the pounds....low impact and you can use the weights if you want to....I plan to buy the DVDs when I get closer to my surgery date.... -
I have my scope procedure this morning...decided to weigh myself, big mistake, gain 10 pounds since my last visit...trying not to beat myself up too much but I know the Dr. is going to have a crazy look for me....just alot has been going on...#trueemotionaleater

People have asked me over and over again if I am scared about having this surgery, my response is "no, what I am scared of is developing high blood pressure, diabetes, and cardiomyopathy and dying at 55, like my mother, now that scares me" You did an awesome job expressing how most of us feel... Today I attended the NUT class and Weight Management class..it has sunk in that I am actually going to have this surgery and I'm ok with it...actually looking forward to being on the other side of it...

33 here...class of 1996...been overweight/obsese since age 8.....had lapband surgery in 2005, lost 40 pounds and gained it back...now having revision to sleeve on June 11,2012 in Houston,Texas!!! -
My first weight mangement class is at 9am...I've gained 5 pounds since I've been to the doctor...been two stressed out!!! I plan to get back on track after spring break!

Talked with my Dr. Office today....I should be able to finish all all pre-op testing(except the bloodwork) by the end of March....I'm trying really hard to stay positive and focused...

I'm self pay in Houston and I was able to get my insurance to pay part of my sleep study, scope and blood work procedures....see if his office can do it...if the insurance still will not pay, atleast it buys you some time before you have to pay for it! -
