Yeah, 3 weeks WOW ! I use Gold Standard chocolate, sometimes I will put 1tsp of PB2 in there ( taste like Reese's pb cup!) or get vanilla flavored and you could add some flavoring extract-banana,strawberry, TONS of other flavors dionaw- Sent from my iPad using LBT

I am not telling anyone, mainly because it's none of their business. My husband mentioned to me, if they have the balls to be up front and ask if I had some type of gastric surgery then be up front and tell them, which I will, but until then it's watching what I eat and exercise! dionaw- Sent from my iPad using LBT

My experience with the sleep study sucked- but everyone is different. Arrived at 7:45pm, You are wired from head to toe and they tell you to relax and sleep, but you're afraid to move, so I was stiff and slept off and on and they woke me up at 5 am, then try to wash your hair with the gel stuff they have to put on for the connectors.
