It's been a while since I've posted here. Not to worry, things are going great!! I have lost about 82 lbs, I have ridden my bike a little over 500 miles since June 3rd. I have 5.9 cc's in my 10 cc band and most of all I am loving my life!!!!

Back to green!! When in for my fourth post op appointment. No fill neccessary. I have 5.5 in my band and I lost 6 lbs. in 4 weeks. He was happy with that and so am I.

Today I saw the number that I have been visualizing. Time to visualize a new number. When you visualize you materialize!!

5 Days until we leave for Florida!! I'm not worried about fitting in the airplane seat al all. No extender for my this year!!

I find that my band really works in the Morning. I'm not hungry until at least 10:00. Signs of things to come.

Great Morning Everyone!! I am so excited that I finally have mastered loading songs on my IPod. I now have an awesome workout playlist.

Sorry I've been AWOL for a while. I got my Band on December 16th. Everything is going great.

I set up all of my pre-op appointments yesterday. Lots of trips to Madison this month. What I'm looking forward to, going to Siesta Key FL in March with plenty of room in the Airplane.
