Lost another 3#...down 81# as of this morning. YAY! Century Club here I come.

Well it is official..knee surgery for me. I am scheduled for arthoscopic exploratory a week from Friday. He said after a bit if scraping and vacuuming, I should be as good as new..almost 

I'm down 42# and have made a good step into Twooterville at 292.1# Yay 

Hi everyone! I've been MIA for a few days, but here is the run down. I am two weeks out and down 17.5# post-op, 40# in total. I am feeling well and drinking great. I have had a wonderful week and am LML 

Went from 314 to 321 on Sunday for Aunt Flo's visit. Back to 314 now. Five days until surgery. Wonder if I'll be able to take anything off between now and then

I went and had my pre-op blood work today. Everyone was really nice

Had to take my littlest one to the doc today. A few chest x-rays later, they tell us he has pneumonia again (10+x). Also found out his eardrums are scarred 

My surgery is in 7 days; my Aunt Flo has been here for two days and she been trying to make me buy chocolate covered strawberries the whole time. I just want to cry

I got to go out with a friend tonight. After dinner we went to Bed, Bath and Beyond and bought me a demitasse spoon, appetizer fork, hot/cold spill-proof mug, intak thermos water bottle and thermos insulated purse. I'm getting ready!

Just noticed that my ticker said 14 days til VSG. Wow, 14 days! It's taken a long time to get here. Everything appears to still be on go, but still keeping everything crossed

I just got the call from the doctor's office to set up my pre-surgery appointment/education class! She told me to be there Wed. (Feb. 1) at 8:30, wear comfortable clothes and shoes and be prepared to stay all day. My pre-op diet will start on Friday. Still waiting on my letter, but the ins. Assured her it was coming *please X*

I stopped taking 6 of my 15 meds this week trying to get ready for surgery. I had my first migraine in months come on last night and last until after dinner today. I guess I won't be stopping that one!

I lost my 6 Christmas pounds last week + another 2.5 this week. I am also amazingly pain free. What in the world is going on with me?!?!

Got to file my taxes today and I spoke with both the ins. and the dr.s office yesterday. Maybe things are getting ready to improve for me * fingers and toes {and eyes if it will help..hehe} crossed*

We have hit another road block. 1/19 is my last chance for a peer to peer and my doc will be out of the office until Monday. I also have a problem with a break down in communication between the, DO, ins. and myself. The ins. tells me one thing and the ins. Coordinator says they tell her something different. Upset at the circus :0(

OMGoodness, the pain in my leg is almost unbearable tonight. I feel like pulling an "House" and marching up and down the hallway with a cane in one hand and a bottle of Vicodin in the other.

Ugh, I got another set of X-rays on my hip Friday; they still say it's not broken. Got a cortisone shot in the hip joint (also one in my rotator cuff) but, it didn't work. I've had fractures before; think I'm gonna have to go get a bone scan. This is killing me!
