Started my weight loss journey at age 14 (hit puberty and it was all downhill lol).
April 2010: recieved my referral from PCP and approval from insurance to start my required 6 month weight loss program.
September 13, 2011: Finally said I was ready for my weight loss doctor to send my information to insurance for referral to weight loss surgery doctor. Advanced Laproscopic Surgery Association, fresno ca.
Sept 23 2011: Insurance approved my referral
Oct 1 2011: Attended required weight loss seminar for ALSA
Oct 2,2011: not here yet, will update you on when my CONSULTATION will be, yay!
Oct 7,2011: Consultation with weight loss surgeon
