Yes I would do it again. My Dr prescibed Liquid vicodin for the pain and i only had 2 table spoons. It wasnt even because of the band but because of the hernia i had repaired. Good Luck -

Premier shakes from costco are high in protein, have not to many calories. Also Labrada shakes are good Good Luck
