    Kaiser Question

    I had surgery at West LA. Did you go to Options already? If you have been to Options already. Then at the Surgeon appointment. He/She will see if you have reached the 10% goal or are very close to it, if you are then they will set up a surgery date. Kaiser has approved as long as the surgeon says it a go! They usually will have the surgical coordinator call you to set up a surgical date and pre surgery appointment. On the pre surgery appointment you follow up with the surgeon once more, draw labs (if need be), see anesthesia, fill out paper work, apply for short term disability (if you plan to be off work). They are pretty good.
  3. Eating less may actually improve your memory. In a recent study people who cut their calories by 30% improved their memory performance by 20%. Researchers suspect that cutting calories reduces brain insulin levels and inflammation, which, in turn, helps brain function..... Just some food for thought :-)

    Bodybugg Vs. Bodymedia Fit?

    I have used both body bugg and body media. I think they are almost identical really. I am going to return my body media because i use myfitness pal and with the fitbit I can link them together
  9. I was going to exercise this morning after work, but my leg is acting up. Will re evaluate in the afternoon, there's a Zumba and yoga class I can attend.

  10. Just had 1/4 of a chocolate chip cookie at work. Let the heartburn and guilt begin ....

  11. Regular Zumba and Aqua Zumba, thats my plan for this evening....then I can continue my lazy friday....

  12. So I have noticed that a lot of people lose weight Consistantly example 1-2lbs every week. My body does its in clusters. It will drop 3-7lbs in a matter of 1 day and then I won't lose for about 1-3 weeks. Weird. Anyone else like this?
  13. Keep tums in handy for sure. I stuck to non bubbly drinks. No beer or champagne it hurts so bad when I tried it. It was a tiny sip too.

  18. My sleeve just acted up at work right after lunch. Threw up, sublingual zofran and taking a small break beforeI go back in.

  19. Loved the strawberry flavored premier protein. I need to find this ASAP! Lol

    Relationship Troubles

    I am glad I read this post. I broke up with my boyfriend of almost 2 yrs today. He was my best friend, which makes me sad. But I too was not attracted to him but mostly because he just wasn't self motivated. He has been complaining about the same things for the past 2 yrs.... These are things he can change easily but he takes forever!!! He is also very mediocre in bed. I love him he is my friend. For that reason I broke it off because I was lashing out at him and well I know it's over
