I am taking biotin, used the nioxin, taking zinc, etc.. nothing helps me. My doc says it just needs to run it's course. I believe everyone is different though.. you may be a lucky one.

No, I haven't done that yet....probably becasue the last two days it's been nothing but old ladies and kids in the pool....I don't think either one would want to hear me sing or see me poop out of my top again. LOL

I know I wouldn't want to see you poop out of your top.. ROFLOL!

One good workout is to take a noodle and bend it under the water! It really works out your arms. And.. you can pretend your "playing". But seriously, screw them!

If you have a drainage tube, bring a safety pin to clip it to your clothes so it isn't dragging on your tummy when you walk around. Also, if you have a lanyard, it is awesome to clip the tube to that when you take a shower. I heard that advise from someone on here and wished I had known about that before my first shower!

And to whoever said that the hot water used for tea in the hospital smells like coffee, you are spot on! I thought I was weird for thinking that.
