  1. I am following the guidelines put out by my NUT. Calories:800-1200/day, Protein: 70-90 grams/day, Carbohydrate:less than 50 grams/day, Fat: 35 grams/day. I also work out three times a week. I do about 15 mins of cardio and probably 30 to 45 mins of resistance/weight training. We're all so different you can't really go by what the other is doing but maybe this will help you some.

  3. We're right here in this together aren't we? Only 2 days separate our surgery's! I will try to offer any help I can, I think this is kind of like having kids for the first time, you just have to keep trying different things until you figure out what works for you! Take care

  4. Yes I am! Went this afternoon for my ekg, chest x-ray and lab work. Another step closer. It's getting hard to sleep at night, I'm trying hard to keep everything as normal as possible but if I think about it at all I just get so carried away! Looks like your doing well- almost forty five pounds in 5 weeks! That's great!
