Good Bye to rubbing thighs, standing next to the class door to calm my breath before entering class, swollen ankles, aching knees, shyness, wear clothes that are made for winter time in the summer, thought as only a friend, big shirts, solely sweatpant,only cute in the face but not in the waist ...list goes on. Now I welcome myself into a new Chapter for a 2nd chance SURGERY in just 6 more hrs!!!!!

The band was my first decision. One of my hardest problems with losing weight is tackling down portion control and I feel that the lap band will help me with that . -
Third day of pre op diet and Im really doing okay

I start my pre-op on October 11th although my diet does seem too extreme I'm really looking forward to how it is going to go for me. I just have ten days on the diet two of them at the end just being the liquid diet. -
Just uploading some before pics. I can't wait to see my transformation. I'm glad I got some good before pics for reference. So excited for what my future awaits me 3 more weeks till I'm banded. :-)

3 months exactly from being Band. I never realize that this is how I look. I dnt vision myself like this at all crazy huh..lol

Congrat!!! I just finished a 5 k walk today my time wasn't exactly where I wanted it to be. Last year I did the walk in 52 mins this year 54 mins and I had music. I know it had to do with the extra weight I'm carry this year. But to think next year will be different I'm just so excited!! I think I'm gonna do walks next year then the following year I'm gonna run it out.

I see your surgery in in October....good luck!! This was the best decision I ever made and I hope you are just as happy with your decision!! I still have a ways to go...but the past year has been awesome and I feel better than I ever have!!

Hello Fellow October Bandsters!!!!....I got approve as of yesterday with a surgery date for October 21st....Yaaaay so excited about this new journey.
