The band was my first decision. One of my hardest problems with losing weight is tackling down portion control and I feel that the lap band will help me with that . -
Third day of pre op diet and Im really doing okay

I start my pre-op on October 11th although my diet does seem too extreme I'm really looking forward to how it is going to go for me. I just have ten days on the diet two of them at the end just being the liquid diet. -
3 months exactly from being Band. I never realize that this is how I look. I dnt vision myself like this at all crazy huh..lol

Congrat!!! I just finished a 5 k walk today my time wasn't exactly where I wanted it to be. Last year I did the walk in 52 mins this year 54 mins and I had music. I know it had to do with the extra weight I'm carry this year. But to think next year will be different I'm just so excited!! I think I'm gonna do walks next year then the following year I'm gonna run it out.
