My surgeon is Dr Victor Gutierrez and he received his plastic surgery training there, and now practices surgery in Tijuana Mexico. It makes a huge difference where the plastic surgeon received his training as well. Incisions and sutures does make a huge difference in skin healing. I had all internal sutures and my results are unbelieveable. I guess it is something you have to experience inorder to believe. Brazilian women have pigment in their skin and beautiful shapely bodies naturally due to their mixes african hearitage that happened hundreds of years ago due to the slave trade. Due to this fact, I am sure plastic surgeons has to be very careful with incisions and sutures because of pigmentation. Plus they know how a women with curves should look. I encourage you to keep searching there. Choose well and I bet you will have wonderful results.

I felt the same way too. I had to join a gym. I wanted to look a certain way, and I was not accomplishing it at home. I also looked at different athletic bodies and designed my work out to get that specific body. Swimmers, runners, and cyclist, all have different bodies, but all are in good shape. I like the thin runners muscular body. I jog, lift heavy weights, and try to concentrate on the areas below my waist. It is working out.

I never had any problems digesting my wonderful fruit, vegetables, nuts and Beans, with an occasional bite or drink of grass fed, hormone free animal products. For me, weight loss was quicker with out animal foods, plus digestion is easier. However fish, depending on how it is cooked digest very well. I try to focus on anything that grows from the earth, and I can not go wrong. After my surgery, I tried to get into the Protein diet everyone kept on talking about. I did not work for me because it was too complicated for me. Instead, focused on getting as many green foods into my body as possible. That meant juicing a lot to get enough vital nutrients my body needed.

Are you referring to the scar that goes straight down the middle of the stomach? If that is the case research a fleur de lis abdominoplasty. If the plastic surgeon is unable to a regular tummy tuck or lower body lift ask about a fleur de lis abdominoplasty.

I just recently had arm lift surgery in Tijuana, Mexico with awesome results. I used a board certified plastic surgeon as well. Arms Lift surgery is not easy, and extra care must be taken durning this particular procedure, and especially durning the sewing. Sutures must be perfect to obtain the best results. You look wonderful!! And I agree, it is very important to focus on yourself. I can't wait to get back to the gym either, however I am 9 weeks post op from thighs and arms. Just taking my time and doing slow walking. I hope you continue to recover beautifully. Happy Healing:)

I know there has been others asking about the Ariel Center in Tijuana for plastic surgery. I am a very real person, I promise you. Smile I always write Dr Victor Gutierrez name out. Sorry for not sounding authentic. It is just the way that I write. Just dry and methodical, plus I have another language flowing through my head. Not good when trying to write English, which is my native language.
