I know what you mean about the eating fast part. I have been eating fast as long as I can remember and when I went into the Navy it became worse. I have been out for 15 years now, and still I eat to fast. It is the one thing I'm worried about after the surgery is eating to fast, not chewing enough, gettin food stuck, and getting a leak. How do you use your VCR to time your eating? I'm trying to slow down now before the surgery, but it is not sinking in to slow down. HELP

:lol0::thumbup::laugh0: lol, that is exactly what I tell people when they say you could die from that surgery. dugh, I could die of a heart attack at any moment because of my weight. Or no maybe no one should get in a car and drive you may have a accident and die. At least if I do die because of this surgery I will die HAPPY!!!!!

Ok so I have not posted anything lately, but yes I am still working out. Yesterday I had a milestone I ran/walked five miles on the treadmill. I was so excited 4 months ago I could not walk even half of that, let alone run two steps. I was feeling proud of myself. Since working out I have done a pilates class, a step class, and after a few more pounds I'm going to try spinning. I hope everyone else is doing well on their workouts.
