I just turned 60 in June. I must have lap band surgery done, or the likelihood is I will die an early death. I have many comorbidities , some of which are making my life miserable and I'm debilitated most of the time. In addition, I have other illnesses which are plaguing me. I haven't really begun the process of lap banding, but intend to do so soon. I'd just like to read some other people's experiences with the lap band to share concerns and information. Thank you.
