At this point i'm more afraid of getting denied by the insurance.. rather than the surgery itself. Oh insurance company, how we can sometimes have a love/hate relationship.

Ahhhh! I wish it were Dec. 9th already. I wanna get my last nutrition appointment done with and get all my stuff submitted. Eventhough I have high doubts that I will get an approval, im praying everything will work in my favor. :-/

EXCITED! EGD scheduled for the 28th, last nutrition appointment on dec. 9th.. then to play the waitinggame. I REALLY hope everything goes smoothly & I get approved by my insurance. Fingers crossed!!! =)

i need help! im on the 6-month supervised diet phase to get approval for surgery, and i was wondering how much weight loss during that period, the insurance wants to see in order to approve. I have united healthcare.. if that helps any. im worried i wont get approved. also, will they deny if a little weight is GAINED during that time period?? PLEASE HELP with all info and experiences. Thanks! :-)

5 months to go! HURRY UP!!!!

went for my first month follow up today and KNEW i had done horrible during the first month. Turns out, i lost 5 lbs.!!!! i know its not much, but its a start. this next month im shooting for AT LEAST 10. *cross my fingers* YAY ME!!!

ladies & gentlemen.... i need help on thia six month diet. :-/ i was told i need to at least lose 10-20% of my excess weight in order for my insurance to approve.. and i dont think i can do it. can yall give me some tips on what you guys did during the six month monitered diet before insurance approval. I NEED HELP!!!! :-(

Does anybody out there have PCOS and has had the sleeve done? If so, how has it affected the PCOS.. if at all?

i need suggestions...what would be good to eat for breakfast that wont pack the pounds on? I always wake up...and find myself pacing back and forth between the pantry and fridge not knowing what to eat. Cereal is all i link to breakfast in this house, but i know cereal isnt always good. PLEASE HELP!!! :-)

First dietary consultation yesterday. it went well. everyone there is soooo nice. including the physician. 5 more visits. i cant wait to get these over with. MOTIVATED TO THE MAXXX! :-)
