Have been up and down my entire life, gaining more weight back every time I lose it. I was able to get my weight off a few years ago, and felt amazing, both physically and mentally. I want that feeling back, but can't bring myself to do what I need to do. I want to loose the weight one more time, and I want to be able to keep it off - forever!
