No, no fruit allowed... It's more like a protein "drink" than a "shake." I like the taste though, so it's not bad. The liquid diet gets easier with time, but I do miss eating. I am down 7 pounds since Friday and I am mid way through day 6. 8 More liquid diet days and then my surgery on day 9! YAY!!!
