This is a great post, thanks for all the great info. I'm addicted to my smart phone and I love the cardio trainer app that is free but I upgraded to the 4.99. I am a runner and alway have been so it works a lot like My tracks but you can also log workouts that are on a treadmill or aerobic class or a variety of other workouts. It has really helped me to bump up the intensity of my workout. Thanks again.
