I was sleeved on July 6th by Dr. Wade Barker, in Dallas.. I am 5'6'' and my start weight was 206, which is the most I have ever weighed. My goal weight is 140. I am 56 years old. I am very active and do not watch very much television - tho I am an 'Idol' fan:). I have a wonderful husband who adores me, 2 grown sons and 2 of the cutest grandkids in the world. Our home is also home to 2 Golden Retrievers and a long-haired white cat.

Now, back to my weight: I have been overweight most of my adult life. I just don't feel like my 'outside' matches my 'insides'. I have no other health issues so I am excited to start this journey - and meet others who are going to be 'skinny minnies' too.
