85lbs I bid you farewell , we've spent a lot of time together, but I must say your absense will not arouse feelings of remorse. Yeah the step up in my workouts worked, 3lbs lost last week !!!!! I'll take it and keep moving towards my goal!!!!

Goodwill ...my new best friend has helped me establish a wardrobe in my every changing body! I've pretty much emptied my closet of every size 18 and 16 I ever owned!!!! I am wearing 14's and they are now starting to get loose, so pretty soon I'll be shopping my new best friend for another temporary wardrobe for the next season !!!!!!

Hi fellow VSG'rs !!!!!!! Today I am 4lbs into Onederland YEAHHHHHH 196lbs , I think I did mental flips and summersaults :-) My size 14's that i just got into are getting loose , so I have my eyes on 12's , my new goal will be to lose 8-10 lbs before Thanksgiving , I am singing the mantra of the Little Engine that could "I think I can, I think I can" I Love this journey , it is teaching me self control and confidence !!!!!! Can drinking water get better ughhhh!!!!!!!

YIPPEEEEEEE - 2lbs to go and I will be visiting ONEDERLAND!!!!! I think that will be the first time since High School I would have seen a 1 as the beginning number of my weight !!!!!! Thank God for every milestone in this journey!!!!!!! My next milestone will be to wear clothing that only has 1 digit , wow I think I may do a cartwheel when that happens !!!!! Whooo - hooooooooo , I sure hope everyone is having successs and feeling great !!!!! Two fingers, One Love! CAMMYD*:-)

That feeling below the sternum probably means you are full and intaking a bit too fast. What you have consumed needs to have a chance to flow into your new small tummy/tube. It doesnt take much to fill that new tube at 5 days you are definitely on liquids so sip sip sip take your time. When you are on solids as I am now you still get that feeling while trying to eat. I am 3months post op .

Two month surgiversary update: 40lbs , -5" lost , I feel good , my clothes are really too big now , so it's safe to assume I am no longer a size 18 or 16, Yeah !!!!!! 11 more pounds to finding out Vickie's Secret my goal gift to myself :-) Cant eat alot of anything , that's the whole point of being sleeved right? Had my 1 month check up on yesterday , I am 34lbs down 17 since my surgery !!!!!!! I have lost inches everywhere and my clothers are getting a bit too big! I had one little slip up , totally my fault!!!! On vacation I ate one and a half chili cheese fries , yes they tried to kill me !!!!!!! I am under submission now my stomach IS the BOSS of me!!!!!!!!

Tomorrow starts my 4th week, It has been a good 3 down no complications and my stomach definitely lets me know I can't possibly have another morsel when its filled to it's capacity and whoa is me if I try to eat that last crumb. Ugh is all I can say at that moment!

I am home from the hospital, had my sleeve on Monday , no major complaints , willl share the details tomorrow as I am fading back to sleep now, thanks for everyones prayers!!!!!
