    UGH ...

inarakatra please don't cry here is a tissue!!! many of us goof before WLS and overeat - it IS a crime, but not a life sentence i agree that NUT/surgeon want to see that you are really committed to the procedure, and "after" life you must reassure them that you are ready - more importantly reassure yourself that you are ready and anxious to start they will/hopefully give you another chance if you are supposed to drink only liquids - do it!!!! most of us have there done that!!! you've got a long road ahead of you - ups and downs to reach goal but............it doesn't stop there for the rest of your life you must eat and drink properly, follow all the rules - thats the name of the game to stay a winner i can see the determination in your face that you are ready and eager to start your healthier, happier, longer life good luck kathy

3 weeks post op GAINED 2lbs

teeniesleeve10 as nicely as i can say ..... at 22 days, and not feeling terrific STOP,STOP doing Zumba or anything else that might hurt you always must listen to your body pinched nerve, shoulder muscles inflamed your body is telling you to be careful - take it easy!!!! many people have trouble drinking Water at your early stage be happy that you can drink easily drink, sip slowly (don't gulp yet) your tummy is still in the healing process be nice to "it", and "it" will be nice to you you feel you can eat more???? at 3 weeks, what are you eating?? i was on puree at 3 weeks but i know all NUTS are different whatever you have been told you can eat, great - don't overdue though you won't feel any restriction in your little tummy til you are on soft foods, but mainly once you start solids many NEWBIES are afraid they stretched their stomach - trust me you didn't - you can't many sleevers at one point or another think they won't loose any more weight hun, you just started your weight loss journey!!!! i see you will lose much more weight on the road to a healthier, happier, longer life good luck kathy

  13. mustaphr WELCOME WELCOME to sleeveland you are doing terrific not "officially" 3 months - and you've lost 52 lbs!!!! GREAT!!! there is a saying "knowing the problem is 1/2 the battle"!! (something like that) things you don't have a total grip on yet - you are working on correcting them!!!! you know you must drink more water (you are not alone with that issue - many others have that problem too ) chewing slowly - yes thats very important (vomitting is no fun ) drinking alcohol - glad that you are trying to curb that recording your food - that is great to do (but to be honest, i don't record enough ) smoking - no lecture, you know its bad for you i never smoked but i realize thats a very hard addiction to deal with - but I know you can do it, you will be successful Ok, out with the bad, in with the good you are eating properly, exercising - doing many things right Not to forget, you are losing lots of weight too!!! continue to work on fixing your "issues"/problems and you will become a healthier, happier person, looking forward to a longer life keep up the good job good luck kathy congrats
