16 Days Post Op, Down 20 Lbs

I ate around 700 calories each day for over a year while I was losing. Now that I'm maintaining I take in around 800 each day. This is what worked for me. Everyone is different. My doc was fine with this. I hope you will get in contact with your dr soon, as follow up care is paramount to success with the band, Good luck!

How Do You Decide Your Goal Weight?

I used the weight at my first consult as my starting weight. As for my goal weight....I played with the bmi calculator until My height and weight were in the "normal" range and chose that as my goal. My Surgeon was ready for me to stop losing 10 pounds ago. but I'd secretly like to lose about 6 more.Good luck!
  14. So worth the money! I was at 85lbs down. Surgeon removed 4lbs in the breasts and 3 in the abdomen and somehow I quickly dropped another 15 quite quickly after surgery. So my goal was weight was hit! Oh and I had not maintained at all, had just reached the 85lb mark when I scheduled surgery.
  15. I had a breast reduction and tummy tuck May 18th. I am soooo pleased with my results! AMAZING!! Couldn't be happier! My doc wasn't big on binders, just two weeks for me.
