I think what we find yummy is different from person to person, but i am addicted to the fruit punch crystal light powder. I put that in a 24oz water bottle with 30g of whey protein powder and I am set. I would drink two of those a day, and three 8oz of milks. I love the protein powders, I put them in soup too.
