yes it a recent one thankas so much hun i had a small stall at about 5 weeks and it took two weeks to break now it speed back up and i'm down a pound a day. just trust in the sleeve because it will do it part. ((hugs))

AWWW thanks hun!!! the weightloss is doing great!!! all of a sudden it speed right back up down 50 not bad for 2 months how are you by the way.
