awesome. sometimes the scale goes up on me too. chalk it up to salt and what not. also when the scale stops move after a few weeks swicth low again keep zig zaging!

have you try to up your calories sometimes that what i do to break a stall like adding some almonds to your meals. i find zig zaging my calories really do work.

hey hun and thanks um let see i'm almost 10 months out um the frist month i lost 35 pounds and then it was about 16 pounds for a while sometimes eleven it depend on the month and what my body decided to. um i'm still average about 10 to eight pounds a month i'm hoping by august to be at goal. So good luck it will go by fast! i promise!

lol thanks but i can't speak for tiffkins but i can say i have a very black and white view when i start something i ALWAYS finish lol (no gray with me)and i can say i have stuck with this thing. don't compare sweetie! feb. was just like yesterday you will do it because you want to and look how far you have come!

thant funny you mention that! i going back to TJ for vacation this spring. i never got a chance to shop or anything and it look like a great place to visit and hang for about a week.Tell your frinds i wish them well and enjoy your vacation as well!
