I was thinking the same thing today, Im on all liguids with only 20 grams of protien a day..I thought I would be ready to pass out but I actually feel a little better hmmmmm. less tired just hungry. 3 more days to go and then the BIG DAY....looking forward to getting more protein in after surgery..

I was told during the first night of my study that if they saw sinificant Apnea they would wake me up and put the mask on me...turns out they didnt wake me up that night, but when I went for my second study with the mask, they said I had significant Apnea...

thats not too, bad! my problem is they want to restirct my Protein to 20 grams a day..ugh I called to confrim and they said yes that was the right amount. They say they do this to "Shrink" the liver for an easier surgery !! I guess what ever it is I will follow it..what ever I have to do right!! trying to find Protein drinks with only 10 grams of protein isnt easy..

I heard that there was a plate available for weight loss surgery patients, that shows the correct portion size on the plate for vegis, protein and carbs.. has anyone heard about this if so where did you get it.

sounds very familiar, which Surgeon do you have, if you dont mind me asking..just curious if it is the same one or if they are all the same. I would send a fax and call and leave messages to find out if they got it, b/c the first fax sat on their desk for two weeks..ugh -
Ya I've been going through the same thing, painting attempting to clean out the closets and ready myself for the smaller clothes.. cooking meals and freezing them. the whole nine...keeps my mind off the wait..
