  1. Yes Taco Soup will be fine in your full liquid stage but not your clear liquid stage but you might want to add some chichen to the blender to add some protien or maybe some plain greek yogurt to make it "creamy" amd add some protien.

    Yes you can add protien powder to smoothies but you need to watch out for the carbs in them especially in the apple juice you add to those. you might just want to make your own smoothies from frozen fruit and non fat greek yogurt but even that may be to many carbs depending on your drs plan (most reqire less then 30 carbs a day)

    my dr used staples on my stomach and no I cant feel them and no they do not rust they are medical grade.

    as for the size of what he took out I dont know the exact details but he did give me a pic of it on a table next to his arm and it went from his wrist to his elbow... he said it was rather big for some one of my age and size.

  2. did your dr perscribe you a PPI if not you may want to ask for one, your stomach is stil trying to make the same amount of acid as it needed at full size which gives you a false hunger. not all drs have you take them which I dont understand as I dont know what I would do with out mine


  3. okay so before surgery I was a 38 DD and that was getting a bit small for me but now that I have lost weight ( most of which I think came from my boobs) all I have are empty bags hanging from my ribs!! I cant seem to find any stores or brands that fit right and make them look presentable and I cant afford implants. does any one have a good sugestions on where I can find something good?

So I have a Military ball to go to this weekend and had to buy a dress and I bought a size 10 in the jrs dept the last time I bought a formal dress it was a size 20 and still had to add panels in the side made from the shawl!!! I was super excited. At the end of the shopping day I told my boyfriend that I was so happy since before a day of cloths shopping would have normally ended in frustration and tears from nothing fitting but this time everything fit. Yippy!!!


  5. Well deffinatly not going to make goal. My boyfriend is real sick and I have been taking care of him instead of taking care of me. I just need to get back on track. but I am still happy there was a loss at all with the way I have been eating and the lack of excersize!

  6. I tottaly had those dreams. I would dream I was eating something I was not suposed to and then would start panicing cuz I ate it and thought I was hurting myself. Then I would have dreams where people wold try to get me to eat things and I would actually turn them down. I still have those dreams and I am 4 months out

    Water to rince you mouth out but not swallow,

    your own pillow (im very partial to mine)

    some people bring an I pod or a book but I was sleeping 90% of the time from the morphine

    slippers are a good idea cuz the no slip sox they give you are just not so comfy

    a robe or just a t-shirt and baskeball shorts to do your rounds in

    tooth brush and paste it felt so good to brush my teeth

    Okay well the last two times I entered a chalenge I hit a major stall the next week so here is to keeping my fingers crossed so that will not happen. So this is an agressive goal for me becuas of the recent stalls and it is only 8 pounds away from my overall goal so I guess I am just going to have to get my ass in gear and make it work! Good luck to you all I know you will do great :)

    I always record my weekly weigh on the weekend.... STAYED THE SAME AGAIN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! and my TOM is 30 days late... !!! Don't worry, no babies ...lol.... but what the hell... this has gotta be part of the reason I am a slow loser... hasn't it?????

    Oh man!! I really don't want to see 183 any more!!

    Have you ever been tested for PCOS that would acount for slow loss and possible the late TOM
