    Baby food during pureed stage?

    I bought a stick blender and just pureed any meat that I wanted with what ever saue I wanted it may not look very yummy but its not all that bad

    One month out & I've gained?

    I would not worry about it to much your body is in a state of shok and yes your weight will fluctuate up and day every day all day long so maybe you should be one of the people who only weigh once a week. as for the three week stall that is perfectally normal and I promise you as long as you are following your dr's guidelines you will begin to loose again.

Okay well the last two times I entered a chalenge I hit a major stall the next week so here is to keeping my fingers crossed so that will not happen. So this is an agressive goal for me becuas of the recent stalls and it is only 8 pounds away from my overall goal so I guess I am just going to have to get my ass in gear and make it work!     Bowel Prep

    If you only have to do one bottle you are lucky I had to do two bottles the day before plus only liquids the day before that. My only warning is to make sure you stay home and keep a bathroom open for you, Good Luck.
  8. The reason that you hold b12 under your tounge for a min is because that is where it is best absorbed, you do the same thing with the pill form or sublingual b12 and eventually you do swallow it, it wont hurt you.

  13. Hey hows everything, I dont come on very much anymore either been way to busy with work. And yes I had my surgey back in Oct I am down 60 lbs now but really havent lost much recently due to being to busy at work to go to the gym I must get back soon. but other wise everything is going great! How is everything going for you?

    Can I be completely honest?

    I was aslo worried about the cath, I did wind up getting one but they put in in after I was out of it and they took it out in recovery while i was still rather dopy and dident care. So it turned out to be not as big a deal as I had originaly thought. As for the UTI deffinatly talk to the dr before had to see if they can work with you.
  15. My Nut also says three meals and no snacks and that seams to work for me. I think that all nuts and drs have different educations and there for differing views on subjects. you just need to listen to their advice and then listen to your body and come up with a plan that works for you that combines both. As for the PPI my Surgen has me on mine for a full year, all though I don't know if I ever want to stop as the last time I ran out I was "hungery" all the time and when I take them I am never hungery. Sounds like you are doing awsome so just keep up the good work.

    Exercise = sick

    Hello all. I was just wondering if any one else has this issue and if there is any thing to do about it? So when I work out I wind up getting sick, like I get super nauseous and light headed and if I don't curl up in a ball and go to sleep I throw up (TMI I?m sorry). I seem okay (don?t need to lie down but still not feeling great) when I just do cardio. When I work on strength training it gets worse and when I do any ab works outs just forget it I am in bed the next few hours. I thought it might be low blood sugar or something so I have tried eating before and after work out plus testing my sugar levels but they were fine (no I am not diabetic and have been tested for that) I also have great blood pressure so I don?t think it is that. My only guess is that I am getting over heated but I don?t see how my abs would affect that. HELP I want to work out but it is hard to motivate your self to do something that you know is going to make you sick.

    I was told to stay away from coconut.

    Is a weight gain normal?

    Could you hunger be caused by acid? Are you taking a PPI? If not you should talk to your surgen. As for the amount that you can eat you should try and follow the 4 oz rule allways measure out your food before you eat it and only eat what you measure out. you may not be getting the full feeling because the nerves in your stomach were just cut and are trying to heal right now. Plus liquids dont allways make you feel full which will get better when you get to the puree or mushie stage. Good Luck and try to form new habbits now while you are still fresh out.

    What a Difference a Scale Makes

    you may want to check with your nut becuase in most plans 4 oz means volume like 1/2 cup not 4 oz in weight.
