While at the gym this morning, I stepped on the scale and noticed a post-it note eye level stuck on the wall. It read:
Scale Disclaimer
The scale does not tell you how great you are.
The scale does not tell you how much people love you.
The scale does not tell you how much people appreciate you for everything you do.
