So here I am. Nervous as anyone can be. Fixated on a not so unreal future. Counting the days to what it would be an epic event. Thinking to my self; "Am i doing the right thing?" And finding my self encouraging the idea that after this day all my weight dilemmas would be a thing of the past (I'm not saying that it would work like magic, i know this is just a tool). And right there, I raise my head and smile... Just smile. And think," don't be silly. This is what you always wanted".

Hello, my name is Lesli, am 25 years old from Maryland, USA. I've been obese for as long as I remember. Like most, I've tried everything to loose the weight, but it only worked for a few weeks the most. After that I would gain all of it or more back. I've also been the funny one that has tons of guy friends and no boyfriends. But I'm tired of letting obesity rule my life. That's why I've decided to get a Gastric Sleeve. And am having it done in my country. It's going to be expensive, but it doesn't compare to the prices here in the US. I've found the Number one clinic in the country, and the number one surgeon. I don't have a date set. but it will be very soon. I'm soo HAPPY and confident that everything would be great. I'm more then ready to start my new life. Finding that special someone to share my life with. Doing the things I've only dreamed of. And am soo glad I've found a group like this. Ppl that are going thru the same things as me. A group that I can identify with, it feels me up with joy. Please feel free to give me any advise or suggestions. They are more then welcome...
