After my back surgery, it had become very difficult to exercise. Every year, I would gain more and more weight. It was becoming very frustrating. I had tried hyponosis, HCG, weight watchers, south beach, etc. Since Apr, I have lost 25 lbs. This is just a tool and I have to really work hard at it by exercising and chosing the right foods. I know I am on the right track to less back pain and fitting into some really cute jeans.
