    Sleep On Your Stomach?

Let me start out by saying I was very lucky. I was able to sleep on my stomach from the first day. I had no pain at all. I could walk and sleep with no issue. I hope you can get comfortable very soon!

    So So Hungry...this Is Embarassing

I was hungry at first too and read that sometimes it takes time for the Ghrelin to leave your system. That is the hormone that tells your brain that you are hungry. Give your system time to adjust to everything you just did to your body. I hope this helps!

    Using Straws

My doctor didn't mention straws at all. I don't see how it increases the amount of air in your stomach. I think the extra air stays in your mouth.

  23. The time off constraint has a lot to do with mental acuity. You might be taking a lot of naps in the beginning. I did. I have a desk job that is as inactive as it comes. I returned to work on day 11 post op. I could have returned before, but I was out of town for my Dad's birthday. I had a very easy time recovering from surgery. I had no pain and took no pain meds at all. Check with your doctor for recommendations.
