    Question About Water

I am trying to get myself back on track, 16months post-op. When counting my water intake, does my protein drink count as water intake? I drink Click powder mixed with water mid-morning.

    Help!

I was sleeved in April of 2011. My lowest weight, about 6 months ago, was 178. I am now back up to 200. I just can not seem to get my mind back to where it needs to be!!! I do not want to go back to the way I was before this surgery. I am desperate. Please, someone, anyone, talk me through this!!
  5. haven't been on here in a while. Just checking in, I've lost 105.4 pounds in all, 62.4 since surgery 6 months ago

  6. I'm wearing a size 12 today!! First time in over a decade!!!

  7. I am so frustrated. My scale has bounced around between 192 and 190 for weeks!!!! I am only 4 months post-op, I can't be done already at 190!!!

Not Gonna Meet My Short-Term Goal :(

Coops, that is exactly how I feel. I KNOW in my head that I am doing great. No more short term goals for me!!! I am just going to rejoice in every ounce that I lose, no matter how fast or slow it comes off

My Friend made this for me

    Looking awesome!!!!
  10. I now weigh less than my husband, and, for the first time ever, I wore his T-shirt to sleep in!!!! Yay!!! I am so excited! I not only wore it, but is was loose :) :)
  11. Just saw your comment on Jim's post saying your an AR girl. :) I'm in Conway. I was just telling Jim and Rootman that we should all meet up sometime! :)

  12. Tomorrow is my 1yr wedding anniversary, married to my life-long friend!! He is amazing!!

  13. I go up a pound or 2 now and then, and then it comes back down plus extra. I am 4 months out.
  14. Well, I had a goal to be at 187 by August 19th. That is my wedding anniversary and that would have put me losing 100 pounds in a year. I am going to be 5 1/2 pounds short. I am really frustrated. I try to tell myself to look at my overall weight loss. It is really amazing.I have lost 94.4 pounds in year, 52 pounds in the 4 months since my surgery. I am thinking that I'm not going to make myself short-term goals anymore. This was the first time I actually set a specific number in a specific period of time, and I think I get too hung up on the numbers when I do that??? I know that I have done a few little things to sabatoge myself lately too. I had completely quit drinking coffee before my surgery because I only like it with real sugar and CoffeeMate. In the last month I have started drinking it again (with the real sugar and CoffeeMate). I just got my first order of Click in and started drinking that this morning (LOVE IT), so I am hoping that will help me break the coffee habit again. I notice that now, at four months out, I can eat more and I am hungry more. I am struggling to drink enough water too. I HAVE to make myself get my water in!!! I guess I just needed to vent a little. I will now STOP whining, pull my big girl panties up (though they are much smaller than they use to be, just a large with no x's in front ) and do what I know I need to do!!! Thanks for listening!!
  15. I had surgery on April 11th at 244lbs. I just reached onederland about a week and a half ago. I am also a slow loser. Today is my 4 months anniversary of surgery and I have lost 51 lbs since then. The rest of my weight loss is pre op as well. Looks to me like you are right on par with me! Maybe we are normal after all?? lol Congrats on the weight you have loss thus far and good luck in continuing to lose!!!!
