Thank you soo much for your prayers. I appreicate it very much.

My surgery is sched. for 7:30, but I have to be there at 5:15 for bloodwork and stuff. LOL.

This is my first major surgery, but surprising I feel pretty calm. I am leaving it up to God. That's all I can do.

I'll update you as soon as I am able to.

I can hear the excitment in your voice. LOL:thumbup:

The hospital is about 10 mins. away on the highway. I need to be there at 5:15, my scheduled surgery time is 7:30, but you know how that is. I will have one overnite stay in the hospital. Then I will be spending a few days at my daughter's house.

I will post as soon as I am able to. Thanks for saying a prayer for me. TTY soon from the losers bench!!!!!

Hey baby girl, how are you? I am little nervous, but not bad. I've made peace with myself. I trying to focus on all the positive things that will happen to me once I have my surgery.

The DaVinci Sugar Free Syrups were in the coffee aisle. I bought some UNjury Sampler pack with one the flavors being vanilla. I mixed the DaVinci Raspberry syrup with the vanilla. OMG it was good, I said I could get use to this taste. LOL. Hopefully this is one I still will like after surgery. Fingers crossed.

Yes I have begin the count down. This time in 2 days I will be sleeved. Yippeee.

Yes, I am on my pre-op diet and have been since the 3rd. It's not as bad as you may think, but I would not want to do it again. LOL. As far as protein drinks go. I like Walmart's brand. It's called Super Advanced Whey Protein. It has 52 grams of protein for 2 scoops. WOW!! Plus to give my drinks a little different flavor I bought some DaVinci Gourmet Syrups to put in. They are sugar free. I bought mine at Sam's Club for $4.75 a bottle. I also bought some protein drinks from GNC that are not to bad. Try some and tell me what you think.

I saw my surgeon again yesterday and everything is a GO.

Dr. H. is such is sweetie. He said all of my test results which included my chest X-ray,EKG,urine sample and bloodwork looked fine except for the potassium and my sugar was a little high ( I didn't know that). Well the potassium he had already given a prescription for. He said as soon as I have the surgery the sugar will be fine. Sooooo I am good to go for Tuesday. WOOOOOOO HOOOOOO. I getting excited now.

My pre-op diet is going well. I have lost a total of 15 pounds.:thumbup: Which I'm feeling pumped about.
