Hi, so when were you banded? How has it been going! I am so excited tho I have been having a hard time keeping weight off. I dont have my 2nd fill untill May 3rd! so looking forward to it tho!

Good morning! Im great this morning. Only 4 days till my first fill!!! WOOOHOOO Wel have to think a half pound is still good! Im ready for my fill they say you start losing weight when you get restriction! yippie! Congrats that you arnt so nervous about your right decision to get the band! Im glad you decided it was for you!

So...how are things going. are you excited! Its coming up soon! I am still excited about getting mine done. i have had some up and down emotionalm oments but wouldnt trade it for a minute! I am ready to start weight loss again I hit 14lbs and stalled. But they say its normal in first 4-6 weeks.

Ready for a fill! I would like to have weight loss again! Im still empty 28 days out and not losing.

Hey girl how are you doing today? Oh i forgot to tell you. about the water...I order a childs size glass of water when i go out but sip on it until I order my food. Then when i order I put it beside my husband or ask the wait staff to take it. Then when i get home from dinner I will have a drink if i need it.

Its coming off slow but I know i didnt get fat overnight either! lol

Hi how are you today! What day do you start your pre op diet? I use unflavored portein powder and mix 1tsp. of sugar free fat free pudding mix in it and used SILK unsweetened almond milk. Like 2 carbs in the whole drink!!!

Having quite a day trying to stay awake at work!
