  1. BMI 25 NORMAL?!?!? Yay yay yay! Finally!

  2. 6+ months out: Eating like a mad cow. I can literally eat a half box of crackers with laughing cow cheese. Mindless eating will crush any hopes of weight loss, for sure. Your Sleeve won't stop you from eating 6 months out if your head is still messing you up. UGH What is going on in my crazy head?!? I need to work these food issues out ASAP. If you are just starting your journey, please work on your food issues early on. They do haunt you later if you don't resolve them.

  3. 20 lbs from goal.. getting super hard to lose now, but not impossible. These are the times when you have to really push through.

  4. 6 month surgiversary... it is basically back to normal life - but in smaller quantities. There is nothing I simply cannot eat. Although I do not eat bread or pasta anymore; my choice. Overall, doing good and in good spirits. Plus, I get to shop in the JR's section now hahaha! Always a plus!! :)

  5. Wow 6 months out.. just one stall after another but I am not giving up. I Have thyroid disease, so I will attribute the low loss to that. I am still happy with my loss though. -70 lbs.. yeah that is nothing to be sad over hahaah!

  6. My BMI is 28? WOW I was at 40 pre op. Not bad for 4 1/2 months out!

  7. Stressed.. and the first thought - What can I stuff in my mouth?? :( NO! I am trying to break that cycle. What do you do to help with stress?

  8. 3 1/2 months out - HELLO ONEDERLAND! Now the loss is slowing down; have to work harder!!! :)

  9. 3 months out and some days I am starving. I can eat a ton of food. Not fair - This is a freaking mind game!!! It sucks!

  10. Almost 3 months out now. Doing good. Have to really be careful not to take one bite too many... -5 lbs to Onderland! WOW

  11. Time to go back on low carb! If you think you don't have to diet with VSG, think again!! :(

  12. Hard lesson learned - you can totally graze with the sleeve. Watch your portions and eating habits because they will catch up with you on the scale.

  13. Ate like a wild pig this weekend. Getting back on track today though!! -2 lbs / week #219

  14. Work clothes seem extra baggy and getting lots of comments - total NSV. Pants almost falling off as I walk to the restroom - NSV? not so much LMAO!

  15. Eating regularly - finally. Just have to learn to eat right and in moderation. My Sleeve really doesn't stop me from eating much - he isn't picky at all anymore LOL Well that just means I have to work harder!! #221 oh yeah!

  16. Doubled over in pain... can't eat. Back on clear liquids for 48 hours. SIGH

  17. Still on a stall. Going to up my water and protein and see if I can break this thing!!

  18. 6 weeks post op! Stall, stall, stall - the ultimate 4 letter bad word! This is getting crazy. I stall every other week now. Really questioning if this will work for the long run. Hmmmm

  19. YAY congrats!!! Good to hear you are doing well!!

  20. Good luck on Monday!!! You will do great

  21. One month post op - for some reason I can't eat today. My stomach is turning. I feel pukey. Just tried mashed potatoes (had them for 2 weeks now) and they almost want to come back up! UGH

  22. One month post op and down 32 lbs. Not bad!!

  23. I don't understand?!?! I don't feel full even after a small baked potato?!?! Did the Dr forget to take my tummy out?!?!

  24. Was able to eat 1/2 cup mashed potato.. a couple days later and I can barely get in 5 bites... Hmmm odd or normal?

  25. 3 week sleeve-versary Down almost 30 lbs. Feeling much better. Gulping water - oh yeah!
